Physical Dates 2021-2022

Physicals are required prior to the first day of mandatory practice in any sport a student participates in during the 2021-2022 school year. 

Physicals must be completed after June 1, 2021 in order to be valid for the 2021-2022 school year.

A mask will be required if receiving your physical at the high school.

Athletes are required to have a completed pre-participation packet in order to get a physical.  These can be attained in the main office at the high school or in the 'Policies and Forms' section of this website.

***  All physicals are active for 1 year.
